Job Description
Urology Austin is seeking a Patient Navigator to provide personalized care to patients navigating complex treatment plans. The role involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals, clear communication, and addressing patient barriers to ensure they receive timely and coordinated care. Options for in-office or hybrid-remote work are available.
Requirements
- Active Medical Assistant (MA) certification
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or specialty care setting
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and patient tracking software
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
