Journey is seeking a Lead Producer to lead a team managing complex projects, overseeing budget and scope, and contributing to overall production management operations. The role requires a strong understanding of project success, client relationships, and leadership skills in both the client and internal teams. The Lead Producer will also be responsible for business development and HR functions.
