Terrain Design Services Artisan

URBN is seeking a Terrain Design Services Artisan to create floral and container design projects in-store, off-site, and in private residential settings. The role involves collaboration with the Design Manager, upholding four promises (welcome, inspire, inform, appreciate) and building relationships with customers. This position offers exposure to design trends and a team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in horticulture and floral design
• Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
• Flexibility in working hours to meet retail needs
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
