Job Description
The Chief Accountant leads and oversees the company's financial-accounting activities, ensuring compliance with Romanian accounting regulations and international standards. The role involves preparing and validating financial statements, monitoring accounting records, and coordinating the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics
- At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting
- CECCAR membership
- Strong experience with SAP and MS Excel
- Solid knowledge of taxation and local & international accounting regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
