Job Description
The Programmer Analyst analyzes and develops business requirements, defines and implements corporate solution specifications, and identifies, defines, and implements business solutions focused on the benefits that will be obtained by business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming business solutions in web environments and management of relational databases
- Experience with Web technologies (HTML, javascripts, CSS, XML, XPATH, Web Services, etc.)
- Design and implementation of information systems in distributed environments with high transaction volumes
- Design and implementation of information systems using an object-oriented programming language (java, C#) following J2EE Design Patterns
- Experience with version control tools
- Experience with Oracle and MSSQL databases and associated tools
- Experience in the J2EE platform and compatible application servers
- Updated courses in System Analysis and Design
- Aptitude to learn new techniques and technology in an autodidact way
- Experience in the Insurance Industry, preferred
- Basic knowledge of the company's business lines and products
- Ability to manage simultaneously several organizational projects with different levels of complexity
- Ability to take decisions under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Capacity to work in a team and collaborate with others
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service, and public management
- Leadership, proactivity, and empowerment skills in work situations
