Job Description
Uptalent.io is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist (Remote) to build and manage a pipeline of candidates, engaging with passive and active hires. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, driven by AI, and involves building a scalable HR team. This is a remote position within the HR department of a fast-growing company.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in full-cycle recruitment (agency, B2B, or high-growth startup).
- Proven track record building & maintaining proactive pipelines across ≥3 disciplines.
- Hands‑on rapid‑response hiring: delivering candidate slates fast.
- Demonstrated negotiation success and strong offer‑acceptance rates.
- KPI‑driven mindset: experience reducing time‑to‑fill, boosting conversion, improving NPS.
- Skills & Competencies: Entrepreneurial autonomy, advanced sourcing, empathy & persuasion, gut‑feel screening, AI literacy, data-orientation, negotiation finesse, multitasking under pressure, rapid learning agility, fluent English, verbal and written.
- Proven track record building & maintaining proactive pipelines across ≥3 disciplines.
