The role involves developing visually stunning and effective materials for marketing, social media, and more, collaborating with internal teams and contributing to the company's growth. Success will be measured by the ability to create compelling content that enhances Uptalent.io's brand and drives engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects across various mediums.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Experience designing for digital marketing, including social media, email, and web.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional design work.
