Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and full-time Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify sales opportunities for our U.S.-based clients. This role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, collaboration, and meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets. Successful SDRs consistently meet or exceed activity quotas, working U.S. business hours and collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
Requirements
- Proven SDR/BDR Experience: 2+ years in SDR, BDR, or inside sales targeting the U.S. market.
- U.S. Market Knowledge: Experience engaging U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Results-oriented mindset.
