Job Description
Uptalent.io is seeking a talented Residential BIM Designer and MEP Modeler to join their team. The role involves developing BIM Models and construction documents (Architectural and MEP) in REVIT, working collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals. The successful candidate will focus on high-quality results and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Create BIM models for residential projects, focusing on Architectural, Structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Develop 3D renderings to illustrate project concepts.
- Collaborate with other team members to align with deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate MEP design development with architects and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are compliant with industry standards and specifications.
- Create and update construction documentations, such as floor plans, schematics, and section and elevation drawings.
