Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to lead underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis for real estate investments. The role involves sourcing deals, building models, and supporting capital raising initiatives, working closely with the Founder and a team. It's a full-time, remote position in Argentina with a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in real estate finance (development, acquisitions, underwriting, or private equity)
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven track record underwriting value‑add, adaptive reuse, or infill housing projects
- Deep understanding of capital stacks, waterfalls, IRR modeling, and debt scenarios
- Ability to interpret deal docs, leases, zoning reports, and lender term sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
