Uptalent.io is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Drafter to create architectural drawings using Chief Architect. This role involves creating accurate and professional designs, collaborating with clients remotely, and maintaining strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in architectural principles, U.S. building codes, and have a proactive mindset.
Requirements
- Expertise in Chief Architect software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and U.S. building codes
- Experience creating detailed and accurate architectural drawings
- Proficiency in 3D rendering for interiors and exteriors
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- English fluency
- Effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
