This role offers a network of professionals and a focus on diverse projects, with training provided where necessary. The company connects skilled professionals with businesses globally.
Requirements
- Categorize transactions in QuickBooks accurately and efficiently.
- Apply payments and reconcile accounts.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding unpaid invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Utilize industry-specific software such as Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan (training provided if necessary).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong customer service orientation.
