Director - Design

We're looking for a Design Director to lead our multidisciplinary team of Product Designers and set the vision for our fintech products. You'll own end-to-end UX/UI design, manage the design system, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of design experience with 3+ years in a leadership or design lead role
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful work in consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth products
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiar with design systems
