They are looking for an Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of their Parisian office. The role involves managing office operations, culture, and employee experience, as well as providing executive support and operational assistance.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (min. B2+) and French (min. C2)
- Customer-focused approach, capable of creating relationships based on trust and being proactive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized, rigorous, and project management spirit

- Working hours: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
