Uplift is a dynamic agency specializing in global talent search, covering EMEA, LATAM, USA, and APAC. We are looking for an HR Business Partner position for our global client.

Requirements

• Act as the primary HR advisor and coach for managers and senior leaders within your region
• Lead the rollout and implementation of global programs in areas such as employee engagement, performance management, and well-being
• Support the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and consistent experience from onboarding to onboarding
• Coach managers on navigating performance improvement plans (PIPs) and holding effective performance and development conversations
• Collaborate with global and regional Finance in the annual budget process as well as quarterly Rolling Forecast processes
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee data within the HRIS
• Drive a proactive retention strategy for your region by using data, conducting stay interviews, exit interviews and partnering with managers on targeted action plans
