Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive strategic sales for Adestra, our enterprise-grade email marketing and automation platform. This UK-based role is focused on building relationships with large organisations across sectors, with a particular emphasis on Financial Services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within MarTech or marketing automation.
- Proven success in value-based selling and familiarity with frameworks like MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders (CIOs, CMOs, Heads of Digital).
- Understanding of marketing automation, email compliance, and integrations (APIs, SSO, CRM, etc.).
- A self-motivated, disciplined approach to pipeline management and sales execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
