Senior Financial Operations Analyst

Uphold is looking for a Senior FinOps Analyst to join its Finance team. The role involves recommending, implementing, and executing policies and programs to keep financial operations aligned with company strategy, as well as overseeing their continuous innovation and communication to both Finance and other business partners.

Requirements

• Degree in mathematics, economics, engineering, or other quantitative field
• Solid understanding with demonstrable experience of accounting and financial reporting
• Solid experience in working with data analysis and data models
• Excellent communication skills and a team player with an ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Confident in decision making and the ability to drive improvement
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication
• Broad knowledge of financial markets
