Job Description
Upfluence is seeking an experienced Director of People Operations to lead our People function in the U.S. and support our global HR strategy. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, driving HR strategy aligned with business goals, and championing employee engagement and learning & development initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience
- Deep understanding of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and scale processes
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using modern HR tools (Gusto, Rippling, Deel, or similar)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-growing organization
- Fluent or conversational French is a MUST
