Call Back and Data Support

UpEnergy is seeking a Call Back & Data Support Officer to support in-country data activities, including providing quality control support to data teams and operational support on carbon activities. The role will involve designing and maintaining a filing system, consolidating and reconciling sales data, and collecting and analyzing data to increase sales productivity. The successful candidate will have experience in research, data management, and climate change related projects, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• 2+ years of experience in research, data management and climate change related projects
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in survey development and management (familiar with Kobo-Collect, ODK, among other mobile data collection platforms)
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
