Job Description
Lead safe, high-quality plumbing installations, service, and repairs on commercial/industrial projects. Mentor apprentices, coordinate with GC/other trades, and deliver work that meets code, spec, and schedule.
Requirements
- Active Journeyman Plumber license in [state] (or equivalent/reciprocity eligibility)
- 4+ years commercial/industrial plumbing experience
- Proficiency with drawings, takeoffs, and materials; ability to lead apprentices
- Solid knowledge of IPC/IMC/IFGC (or state code) and inspection process
- Safe use of hand/power tools, threaders, core drills, press tools, drain machines
- Clean, professional communication; dependable, team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and insurable MVR
