Job Description
Upbring is seeking an Early Head Start Teacher to provide nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environments for infants and toddlers. This role involves building secure attachments, fostering social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and implementing research-based curricula. The EHSTeacher ensures a safe and stimulating classroom and collaborates with families and colleagues to support each child's growth.
Requirements
- Establish a warm, secure, and trusting atmosphere
- Plan and deliver engaging activities
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom
- Monitor and document children's development
- Assist with feeding and hygiene routines
- Comply with Head Start Performance Standards and program policies
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Willing to obtain COR Advantage Assessment certification
