Job Description
Join the kitchen team at DER SCHWARZACHER, a renowned Après-Ski & event venue in the Alps, for the 2025/26 winter season starting in mid-December 2025. You'll be responsible for your station, preparing dishes with precision and collaborating with the culinary team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Completed culinary training or several years of experience in a comparable position
- Passion for cooking, attention to detail, and a structured way of working
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and hygienic working practices
- Good German skills; English is a plus
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and during peak hours
