Lead Developer (Unity)

Univrse is a Barcelona-based VR studio developing immersive and interactive XR experiences. They are seeking a Lead Developer (Unity) to lead a team, manage technical aspects, and shape the technological vision of projects, prioritizing innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Unity developer, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and architectures.
• Proven experience working on live products.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture and topologies.
• Hands-on experience in XR applications development.
• Proficiency with version control systems.
• Familiarity with multiplayer/networked application development.
• Skilled in reviewing code written by other developers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong experience working with Agile development methodologies.
