We are seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to provide excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community. The ideal candidate will have a professional and enthusiastic demeanor, excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of the apartment community.

• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Effective time management skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Able to follow directions from a supervisor
• Able to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures

• Able to work weekends or overtime as job requires
