Job Description
This Leasing Manager position focuses on managing leasing and marketing efforts for a new development, overseeing the Leasing team and ensuring fair housing practices. Responsibilities include daily operations, customer outreach, lease renewals, marketing planning, and budget administration. The role requires a balance of leadership, communication, and operational skills.
Requirements
- Manage all leasing and marketing efforts of the community.
- Assist the Community Manager with oversight of the leasing team.
- Maintain lease files and computer records.
- Coordinate the renewal program.
- Review tour route, current availability, and leasing objectives.
- Participate in market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Assist the Community Manager in the overall operation of the property.
