Job Description
This groundskeeper/porter position is responsible for maintaining all common areas and grounds of a community. The role involves cleaning, monitoring trash, completing work orders, performing minor landscaping duties, and ensuring grounds are well-kept. It also includes supporting vendor relations and may involve weekends. The primary responsibilities include daily grounds upkeep, and some property maintenance, such as pool management and safety inspections.
Requirements

- Willingness to learn and assist
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
- Good time management skills
- Basic repair skills of small engines (preferred)
