Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in student housing operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in property management, business, or related field
• Strong sense of accountability, creative approach to leasing, marketing and problem-solving, comfort with budgets, analytics, and Entrata or similar platforms
