The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) Human Resources team is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to support faculty and staff leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and transitional return-to-work accommodations.
Requirements
- Coordinate and support leave of absence cases
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations
- Assist with the development, application and interpretation of human resources policies and procedures
- Collaborate with central university offices to facilitate the effective administration and delivery of HR services
- Generate reports for monitoring and assisting with performing projections, statistical and trend analyses
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks or complex cases to HR leadership or legal counsel
