As a Banquet Server, you will provide professional delivery of food and beverage service to faculty, staff, students and guests, and embody the values and work ethic of the entire staff.
Requirements
- Provide professional delivery of food and beverage service to faculty, staff, students and guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide suggestions to customers based on established menus.
- Serve food and beverages to customers, check food and beverage orders for accuracy, and maintain established presentation standards.
- Conduct service transactions, accept and process payments, and stock and maintain supplies.
- Deliver food items to various locations on university campus and offsite catering events, and maintain cleanliness of facilities.
- Adhere to department service standards, health, safety, and university rules and regulations, and attend and participate in meetings as required.
