Job Description
The Director, Development will work with the Asst. Vice President of Development to develop and implement key fundraising strategies for the Miami Herbert Business School.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of demonstrated successful experience in major gift fundraising or similar field
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be highly organized, creative, energetic, and assertive
- Independent judgment and personal integrity necessary to carry out a senior management role in fundraising
- Teamwork-oriented approach to colleagues and ability to manage people in a positive and constructive environment
