Case Worker 1 (H)

The University of Miami Health System is seeking a Full-Time Case Worker 1 to work in Miami. The Case Worker assists patients in keeping appointments, identifies barriers to care, coordinates treatment plans, and monitors their implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, health education, interdisciplinary sociology, early childhood, child development, or special education
• One year of relevant experience in teaching, case management, or counseling with young children and families, or with individuals with special needs and/or developmental delays
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
