Job Description
The Associate Director, Development Initiatives collaborates with Academy colleagues and Medical Development to support strategic initiatives. The incumbent evaluates, plans, implements, and reports on key initiatives, supporting events, strategies, and projects to facilitate growth and development of programs, projects, and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Development, events or fundraising management, preferably in higher education or health care
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate, engage, and work with volunteers, prospects, donors, and senior staff or similar constituencies
