The job performs routine assignments related to scientific research, including translating and adapting training materials, coordinating community initiatives, and maintaining technical support for a research project. The role also involves analyzing and maintaining data and/or specimens, conducting literature reviews, and assisting with report preparation.
Requirements
- Translate and adapt TCOM training materials, resources, and communications into Spanish
- Ensure cultural relevance and accuracy in Spanish-language materials
- Coordinate Spanish-language community initiatives, fostering relationships and engagement with Spanish-speaking partners
- Support delivery of training, webinars, and events in Spanish
- Collaborate with the Teaching & Certification and IDEA teams to integrate Spanish-language content into curricula and platforms
- Respond to learner and partner inquiries in Spanish, providing technical or training support
- Contribute to outreach and engagement strategies for Spanish-speaking communities
- Assist with other projects as needed, such as content creation, communications, or event logistics
- Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project
- Analyzes and maintains data and/or specimens. Conducts literature reviews. Assists with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents
- Installs, sets up and performs experiments; interacting with students and other laboratory staff under the direction of the principal investigator
- Maintains recruiting and scheduling research subjects; assisting with developing or amending study protocols; assisting with developing data collection tools; assisting with building databases; and providing general administrative support
