The Project Assistant IV (PA IV) reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Management (DEM) and serves as the 'first face' of the admissions office, handling inquiries, troubleshooting applicant questions, and managing the admissions database. The PA IV must become an expert in Lab's admissions database systems and other necessary systems, including Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Oracle, and others. The ideal candidate will show willingness and ability to learn and apply recent technological updates to manage a heavy influx of emails, phone calls, and applications.

- Familiarity with billing, budgets, and office procurement procedures
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
