Job Description
The Director of Physician and Provider Recruitment & Onboarding will be a strategic and transformational leader and will not only manage the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and providers but will also serve as a trusted partner to faculty and administrative leadership.
Requirements
- Champion a seamless, professional, and personalized candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
- Implement processes improvements to increase efficiency and improve end user experience with the hiring and onboarding of faculty, physicians and providers.
- Develop, monitor, and take an active role in the improvement of key performance metrics to assess the overall performance of services.
