Associate Director, Stewardship Reporting

The Associate Director, Stewardship Reporting will develop and implement programs to lead a comprehensive University-wide donor relations program. The role involves planning, organizing, and leading the donor program to recognize, steward, and cultivate individuals in meaningful ways and at different giving levels.

Requirements

• Develop and implement programs to lead a comprehensive University-wide donor relations program
• Plan, organize, and lead the donor program to recognize, steward, and cultivate individuals in meaningful ways and at different giving levels
• Contribute to the overall success of the stewardship reporting program
• Create annual narrative and financial reports to demonstrate donor impact
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the University
• Maintain thorough and timely records and track stewardship activity through proficient use of the University's relationship database (Salesforce)
• Represent the donor voice in planning and execution of stewardship events and experiences
• Engage with donors remotely and at visits, meetings, and events as needed
• Develop policies and quality control guidelines for donor relations programs
• Educate and train colleagues on policies and best practices
• Seek opportunities for professional development to enhance job performance
