Job Description
To be responsible for all areas involving strength and conditioning of student athletes. Develops and implements team and individualized conditioning programs for student-athletes participating in all sports and the overall management of the University.
Requirements
- Develops and implements team and individualized conditioning programs for student-athletes
- Designs total conditioning programs applicable to all sports
- Assists coaches in evaluating individual player performance and potential
- Ensures proper supervision of student-athletes in the weight room
- Reports all known NCAA violations in accordance with institutional, conference and NCAA policies and guidelines
