Job Description
University of Tennessee Health Science Center is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner-Neonatal to provide total patient management for neonatal patients in collaboration with a physician. The role focuses on clinical care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health problems, adhering to established protocols and ensuring optimal patient outcomes, including documentation and HIPAA compliance. The position requires knowledge of coding and billing, and ensures a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- Required State of Tennessee licensure
- 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner
