Merchant Consultant - Bilingual In Spanish

We are a minority-owned Fintech company that empowers small to medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a Merchant Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and has sales and customer service experience. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, resilient, and people-oriented.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
• High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field is preferred
• 2-3 years sales and/or customer service experience required
• Previous experience in the Merchant Service industry is an asset
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities
• Strong desire to succeed in a competitive market and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and driven by results
