We are UMG, the Universal Music Group, and we're looking for a Manager, Catalog Creator Pop/Rock to support creator, influencer, and content marketing initiatives across Interscope's iconic Pop/Rock catalog artists. The role involves partnering with Digital Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to bring legacy eras, anniversaries, archival moments, and genre-defining stories to life through strategic creator collaborations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of creator/influencer marketing experience within Pop/Rock, digital media, or adjacent spaces
- Understanding of Pop/Rock culture, nostalgia audiences, digital creator ecosystems, and fan behavior
- Comfortable managing relationships with creators, artist teams, and internal partners
- Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple catalog campaigns simultaneously
- Strategic thinker who understands the role of paid vs. organic creator programs
