Executive Director, Data Strategy and Analytics

The Executive Director, Data Strategy and Analytics is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the development, governance, quality & integrity controls and execution of enterprise-wide data and analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• Drive development, governance, quality, integrity controls, and execution of enterprise-wide data and analytics initiatives
• Create a data-driven culture
• Develop a framework for support, education, and training to improve data literacy
• Achieve measurable business outcomes
• Partners with the Medical Director of Informatics to develop and implement a UH-wide data governance framework
• Accountable for decision-making on data policies and standards
• Designs and maintains data models and dashboards as directed by senior leadership to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain an inventory of all data sources across UH
