Job Description
This role involves leading a marketing transformation for a two-business entity (Fire Protection and Life Safety, and Food Ingredients) with significant investment and growth plans. The position involves overseeing marketing activities across both businesses, managing a team, and delivering measurable results. It's a hands-on, strategic role requiring leadership and a data-driven approach.
Requirements
- Confident and commercially minded marketing professional
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally for technical products & services
- Strong track record in lead generation, CRM management, and digital campaign delivery
- Experience managing internal teams and external suppliers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset and focus on ROI and performance improvement
- Commitment to brand integrity
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
