Requirements
- Close cooperation with the assistant to the management in organizational and administrative tasks

- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail as well as general administrative tasks
- Independent coordination and monitoring of appointments, meetings, and travel
- Preparation of presentations, decision-making documents, and reports
