Job Description
The Switchboard Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Hospital Switchboard, which is the main information resource for and facilitates communication between all Meriter customers.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in communications or related field
- Four years of communication or customer service experience in a busy public office
- At least one year of experience leading a team in customer service or a related field
