Job Description
The Sterile Processing Manager is responsible for the entire range of reprocessing services for UnityPoint Health Meriter. The manager has oversight for all aspects of human capital management and ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- 4-5 years Sterile processing or Surgical Technology experience with demonstrated leadership and positions with increasing responsibility
- Professional certification CRCST within 6 months of employment
- Extensive knowledge of decontamination, inspection and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
- Ability to use MS Office software products
