Job Description
UnityPoint Health – Meriter Therapy seeks a dynamic Float Experience Specialist-Rehab to join our Outpatient Therapy Team. As a Float Experience Specialist-Rehab, you will facilitate the functioning of outpatient therapy clinics in various supportive functions, including administrative and clerical support, front desk reception, scheduling, and patient registration. You will work collaboratively with the therapy team to support exceptional patient experience and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience in a hospital or healthcare setting a plus.
