Job Description
United Water Restoration Group is seeking a highly motivated Reconstruction Project Manager to lead projects for property restoration after fire, water, and mold damage. The ideal candidate will manage projects, ensure quality, customer service, profitability, and effectively communicate with subcontractors. Experience with Xactimate estimation and a strong understanding of the process flow are essential.
Requirements
- Lead reconstruction projects working with District and Operations Managers.
- Manage subcontractor performance and material cost.
- Build and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Read, understand, and modify Xactimate estimates.
- Experience in restoration reconstruction and Xactimate.
- Valid driver’s license.
