Job Description
United Water Restoration Group (UWRG) is seeking a Field Technician to respond to property owner leads for water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services. The role involves assessing damage, implementing restoration processes, and ensuring customer safety. Technicians work as a team, representing UWRG to clients and insurance agents in the field.
Requirements
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Respond to customer needs promptly with an assessment and contract.
- Apply S500 standards to remediate damage.
- Monitor job progress, and upload daily job notes.
- Willing to work 24/7 including nights and weekends as rotating.
