United Water Restoration Group is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead daily tasks of reconstruction projects, manage evaluation, estimation, selling, budgeting, and timeline of projects, and oversee incoming and outgoing workloads. The ideal candidate has experience in restoration reconstruction and Xactimate.

Requirements

• Project Management of Commercial and or Residential properties impacted by water, fire and mold.
• Xactimate experience
• Strong Xcel skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills, with ability to learn new software
• Ability to work safely as defined by company safety standards and procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
