The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all U.S. Soccer employees. This role supports the Payroll Manager in all aspects of payroll administration, compliance, and reporting, and serves as a key resource for employee payroll inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Experience with payroll systems and HRIS (Paylocity, ADP, Paychex, etc.)
- Proficient skills with Excel and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
